Felix Prado Montes is a dedicated real estate advisor, business administrator, and founding member of Horizonte Nica—an initiative focused on promoting sustainable development and creating new opportunities across Nicaragua. Originally from León, Felix was raised with strong values and a deep sense of responsibility, always guided by his desire to contribute to the progress of his community.

After moving to San Juan del Sur, Felix married Sayonara Valle, and together they built both a family and a shared professional path. Motivated by the growing potential of the real estate sector in southern Nicaragua, Felix began training alongside his wife, gaining hands-on experience and laying the foundation for what would become their own team.

In addition to his work in real estate, Felix is the owner of a small guesthouse, where he welcomes travelers from around the world, offering warm, personalized hospitality that makes every guest feel at home.

With deep knowledge of the San Juan del Sur, Tola, and León regions, Felix has earned the nickname “The Property Hunter” for his exceptional ability to identify the right properties based on each client’s specific needs—whether for investment, relocation, or vacation purposes. His experience spans everything from rural lots to oceanfront homes, allowing him to provide tailored, efficient service.
